I personally think that they are only going to enforce issues like this when the cops are called to a residence for parties, too many cars parked in the streets, loud music, etc.

Here is the exact language:"Unless the previous borrower requests a release of liability, the servicer must process the following exempt transactions without reviewing or approving the terms of the transfer.A transfer of the property to a limited liability company (LLC), provided that a) the mortgage loan was purchased or securitized by Fannie Mae on or after June 1, 2016, and b) the LLC is controlled by the original borrower or the original borrower owns a majority interest in the LLC, and if the transfer results in a permitted change of occupancy type to an investment property, such change does not violate the security instrument (for example, the 12 month occupancy requirement for a principal residence)."

@Steven HuYep, that's correct.They're really just different asset classes.Our liquidity fund is backed primarily by 1st mortgages (which are backed by hard real estate), whereas a bond fund is backed by debt instruments.

I'm thinking about selling a townhome....it's in nice shape and in a good area...all things being equal it should sell quickly and at going market price...however, the next door unit is occupied by college students who have a party about once a month and one of them is a music major who plays the drums 3-4 times a week for about an hour at a time, usually in the late afternoon.
