Motorola had some break-up issues that occurred during the crash and I'm not really sure if I would have done as well with that one, but I think I would have done ok and not lost my fanny.But since then I have observed from a distance and I think I'm on to a couple things.

Even after communicating the observed neglect she constantly postponed the inevitable. $650-750.This is not including a lot of little things she did to damage the place and I am not talking about ware and tear.

If it is decided, after observation, the individual is competent, you could approach them anew ... though, if they have family, I'd have them present as well.If the determination of incompetence stands, then things are done until/unless you are able to deal with their guardian.What you do not want to do is push and be seen as being predatory.

This dog is truly a lesson of how prejudice still exists in this society and it is definitely a battle to try and get people to stop, observe, determine and then reflect before treating someone or something inappropriately.  

Like many mentioned above, my education really took off post graduation when I started actively observing others in my field, attending seminars, certifications, and actively participating in Mastermind Groups.

As for me, I am going to take respectful observation of those failures, and then focus on what I am doing right, and keep on doing it more and more right.

Again, just my observation and opinion. 

There are minor damages on the units that go beyond normal wear and tear which were observed during the inspection.  

In my observation, most landlords are unwilling to expand the energy or expense to take tenants to court, SEC 8 or not, especially if they feel they have a low chance of collecting.
