Motorola had some break-up issues that occurred during the crash and I'm not really sure if I would have done as well with that one, but I think I would have done ok and not lost my fanny.But since then I have observed from a distance and I think I'm on to a couple things.

Even after communicating the observed neglect she constantly postponed the inevitable. $650-750.This is not including a lot of little things she did to damage the place and I am not talking about ware and tear.

If it is decided, after observation, the individual is competent, you could approach them anew ... though, if they have family, I'd have them present as well.If the determination of incompetence stands, then things are done until/unless you are able to deal with their guardian.What you do not want to do is push and be seen as being predatory.
