There are a lot of people from within driving distance - Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, etc - that will use the Disney pass and stay at a STR but they are often bargain hunters, which again are not really a good demographic if you've got a nice STR like me.

To give an example, I have a portfolio properties with a turnkey company in Jacksonville, Fl and they require I hold a $400 reserve with them for my entire portfolio, no matter how small or large.
