Hi! My name is Nick, and I wanted to introduce myself.

I am a Realtor in Washington D.C. who just moved to Seoul, South Korea! My wife got a job out here, and I tagged along. I was about to start on the RE Investor path when we got moved, so now I am looking at all of the US to start vs just D.C. I have done a lot of research, and worked with a few investors in DC, so I feel ready to make start! My focus is going to start with turn-key (or relatively close to turn-key) rentals.

I have been looking pretty hard at Orlando Fl. Seems that a lot of good deals can be made ccompared to to the rest of the country, but I am no expert. It seems that the foreclosure dump that happened in 09 in DC just happened in Orlando last year, and as such the market dropped.

I guess my questions are:

Any advise for the newbie?

Does it sound like I am right about Orlando?

Any other areas I should look at?

If I do Orlando, any recommendations on Realtors, Property Managers, Contractors, etc.? I am going to be running things from Korea, so I need to make sure I work with good people, and people that can work with technology, like take videos of places, jump on skype, send pics, etc.

Thank you in advance!
