In my market unless it's a higher end home we don't usually stage with furniture but I do go in with plants and decorator items (ESPECIALLY THE KITCHEN & BATHROOMS)  so that my professional photographs look great. 

I run a plant nursery from my home to be home with our 3 kids and help provide some cash here and there, but it isn’t sufficient to feel that she is being provided for (reasonably so, I get it).

It might be no big deal, like a daycare - or it might be a garbage recycling plant, which would make your property really tough to sell.I'd proceed cautiously. 

But, even though I hate wallpaper, I have to admit that it cleans up pretty well and even if you don't get everything pristine the pattern tends to hide a lot of damage.The thing is, good textured wallpaper works best and that stuff tends to be expensive.  

I think he had a couple easy to take care of plants as well. 

But probably unavoidable if we dont want to take the chance of another lockdown or outbreak effecting a plant somewhere for some item.
