What are some recommendations and steps you would suggest, the last thing we need is a personal injury claim within the property.Does anything change if you keep the individual names on title but on the lease agreement with potential tenants vis-a-vis a LLC or a property management company?

The risk is very low of injury and so is the cost to mitigate it.In my personal experience, I have downgraded outlets to 2-prong because I didn't know about just doing the label, installed GFCIs, grounded selected circuits to the cold water line, and rerun/replaced circuits to rewire the house during a rehab.
