This was happening in an area with much higher valuations on properties, I think in NE. 

With tough competition I’m looking at H st NE but seriously intrigued with Anacostia.

As others have mentioned, homes prices in the NE Ohio market are climbing and they are expected to continue.

Meetings are the first Tuesday of every month in NE Minneapolis.

Specifically I've been looking at the areas along NE 36th (the enormous NE Shopping Center project that is due to be finished by this November) as well as NE 23rd/MLK area.

I'm on the NE side.

I own a couple of them in the Castleton area (NE indy) and they are great producers with little problems. 

WOuld be interested in the NE OH and SW FL areas and something taht could be started part time and then do more of in "retirement" for needed income.

I own 64 units in NE Indiana and only one duplex is a "chopped up house".
