"Newbie" from Ohio
Hello all! I'm just beginning to learn about "Bigger Pockets" and all that is available to learn about real estate investing. I'm a long time teacher, coach and administrator who would like to become involved in real estate investing. Presently we have a home in OH and a 2nd home (condo) in FL that we co-own with another fsmily member. Would like to become more involved in real estate but don't have a lot of resources or knowledge how how/where to begin. WOuld be interested in the NE OH and SW FL areas and something taht could be started part time and then do more of in "retirement" for needed income. Won't be able to just retire and do nothing so would love to get started in real estate. Any help or advise on how to get started and get going?
