Multi Unit DC Anacostia DC house hacking

B Ryans
Posted

Currently considering purchasing a multi unit property in DC to house hack. With tough competition I'm looking at H st NE but seriously intrigued with Anacostia. With upcoming renovation projects curious to thoughts in SE? Looking at 4 unit buildings and will use FHA.

Welcome all local feedback

@Russell Brazil

Hi Russell, I wanted to give an update on my venture on my multi family in DC. Last March I closed on a 4 unit multi family using the FHA 203k house hack strategy. Things worked out and looking for on start renovations next month. There are still some unicorns in DC!
