There was a $25,000 profit and the buyers signed an agreement that they were made fully aware of the significant problems.I've been advised to sue the previous seller who didn't disclose the plumbing issues although there is significant evidence and witnesses who can testify he was aware of it.I was truly grateful for all the helpful advise I received on BP when this happened, as it was a stressful event.
