There are two types of 203Ks, Limited/Streamline and Full/Standard.The limited is a simpler program and is limited (hence the name) to $35K in repairs, fees, and escrows.

We went with Hostaway ($500 cost for startup/training and $20 per listing per month) We loved Cirrus and streamline but the cost was out of reach at the moment. $2500 startup/30per account per month plus 1 to 2 % per channel booking.
