Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Atlanata.

Purchase price: $10,000,000

Own 170 units in the Atlanta metro area.
Value Add MF

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

These are the types of assets we acquire. Strong value add in growth markets

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through great broker realtions

Institutional loans

How did you add value to the deal?

Interior and exterior renovations.
adding new flooring, new black appliances, painting the cabinets, resurfacing the countertops and bringing in a higher demographic of resident who is capable of paying higher rents. Bringing management in house to stream line the processes.

What was the outcome?

increase rents over 150$

never take anyones word on whats happening on your property. always visit and surprise your managers
