*HR 1728 was recently passed by the House of Representatives with little fanfare and even less press coverage.

And, to be fair, some of the big REITs have had bad press and operational challenges which doesn't help their case. 

There are a ton of condos around there and you'd be hard pressed to find a good deal for anything as prices have been pushed way up.Hope this helps!

We've had members of the HOA board attempt to barge into our house, uninvited, to do impromptu inspections, without notice.

Sometimes you never know what their criteria is.At this time, we must press on and do the research ourselves.

If you are going to be in the business of buying parks to reposition (turn-around), you'll be hard pressed to find a park that has little to no park owned homes that you can buy at a discount.
