You probably want to have everything planned out up front, but I think you have bigger fish to fry right now: the two biggest challenges you have to tackle first are finding a deal and finding a contractor.Inventory and supply have been extremely effected by Covid, while buyer activity level is trough the roof, also fueled by extremely low interest rates.

They are asking me to do that which includes sewage, under drainage and PGE poles to be replace by underground ETC. otherwise i can not do any additions.

There is lots of everything these days, and as long as the oil industry continues to "fuel" the activity, it should continue.Over the last few years, prices have been increasing dramatically but has stabilized some lately.I've lived in Edmonton and Calgary and have owned homes to the NE of Edmonton.

Some roof leaks, electric pole issues, deck needs to be removed aND rebuilt, an additional steel beam to be placed in the basement crawl for additional support and the electrical panel needing to be grounded...among other issues that are minor to me.

I was looking for wood poles to put up signs with a stapler but most of them are all metal in the areas I want to put up signs.
