My name is Justin and I am ready to begin the life long journey of real estate investing. My first goal is to find an investment property that I can finance with OPM, I have confidence in my network that if I can find the right deal where the numbers make sense and have it outlined on a business plan that I can raise the down payment. I am completely new to real estate. I am happy and grateful to have come across such a great online community and I'm sure the more time I spend on this site the more of the industry jargon and concepts I'll pick up. I live about 15 miles northwest of Chicago and I have a very firm idea what areas I want to specialize in as a real estate investor. I've spent years growing up riding my bike, working political campaigns walking door to door getting intimate with all the neighborhoods, years being a delivery driver for Jimmy Johns really getting to know the different types of neighbor hoods and demographics of each part of town. I would love to find a mentor on here that is familiar with the NW suburbs of Chicago. Also after reading the beginner's guide about picking the niche I still have not decided. I hope to network and become friends with people on here moving forward and to work as a team keeping each other motivated and focus! We are all after the same dream, financial independence. I'm ready and willing to put in the work and time to grow and I dream big, I want to make my first goal and investment property a reality by the end of this year 2014. I would love the opportunity to be a mentor one day, right now I could use the mentor! I wish everyone the fuel and fire it takes to become successful in this business!
