We did not discriminate against them based on a protected class, but discriminated because he was under the influence (breaking the law by using the drug) and came to a showing as such, not exhibiting a pattern of responsibility.Thoughts/concerns/comments?

Once you have researched this and have a application form,  lease, security deposit, crime free / drug free addendum, forms set plus the lead addendum,  and you have set your rental criteria is, like number of people permitted to live in unit, credit / income requirements, criminal, ect you can  then start advertising.
