Always looking for others in the area to work and bounce ideas off.  

After a bk and two years later with 50-60 available to invest to me means you may have learned how to save some cash which is great to see(no idea what caused the bk and none of our business but great to see you bounced back!).

I generally bounce around and visit many of the local meetups (REIAs, cashflow games, and informal BP meetups) based on the topic of discussion.

Ill keep you in mind when I venture into the city and maybe bounce some questions off you.

An experienced investor whom I could bounce ideas off of or trade emails a few times a week with is more of what I'm looking for.

I'll also mention that this was three months ago and my score has already bounced back by about half of the drop already.Hope that helps. 

The worst is if your area never bounces back or is the slowest to bounce back after the economy rebounds, you are not guaranteed of that spring effect that will normalize things as quickly as you had hoped.

I recently listened to a BP podcast where the gentleman in it shared his story about how he bounced back from a 10 year stint in prison.

Agreed Steve going to take a little while for the new reality to sink in.. then I feel it will bounce back once folks adjust.everyone cried it from the mountain that these rates we enjoy last few years could not last and expect them to go up..
