The worst is if your area never bounces back or is the slowest to bounce back after the economy rebounds, you are not guaranteed of that spring effect that will normalize things as quickly as you had hoped.

Agreed Steve going to take a little while for the new reality to sink in.. then I feel it will bounce back once folks adjust.everyone cried it from the mountain that these rates we enjoy last few years could not last and expect them to go up..
