Let's not find fault with low cost leverage and the lenders (our business partners) who provide it. big bad bank forced me to borrow from them then when I don't pay them back they are the crooks.. its insane the attitude so many in the US take against lenders and banks..

It could be tangible as finding deals or, securing financing, networking or more along the lines of mindset/attitude shift.

Is abusive to the property management staff requiring constant communication and taking the attitude "Don't you know who I am?".

I think you're on the right track, with the right attitude, but your current analysis seems a bit minimal to me.This place is definitely highly profitable due to NAU.

Thanks to gurus, some coaches or mentors, we have young people coming into real estate with insouciant attitudes about this industry as if it were opening up a blacksmith shop to sell horse shoes.

However, I have to keep an optomisitc attitude and keep pressing forward with my goals!

@Alan Brooks - While that's a great attitude to have, keep in mind most residential brokerages view investment real estate as sort of a tangent. 90% of agents are all out there cold calling the same expired listings and chasing the same first time home buyers.
