Seeking Advice on Getting My RE License

After doing a lot of thinking I've decided to pull the trigger on getting my real estate sales associate license here in northeast Florida. Does anyone have advice regarding how brokerages interact with sales associates who are focused on their investing business? Or any advice in general really.

Thanks!

Alan

There are as may business models and compensation structures as there are brokerages - Some are completely hands-off and let you do your own thing, while others require regular sales meetings and floor duty.

Meet with a few brokers and find one that is a good fit. And keep in mind it's relatively easy to move from one brokerage to another if things don't work out, or your own plans/goals change down the road.
