Kody Fordyce how many properties do you own here in Oklahoma?

I really want to add an ADU, but from other figures I've seen it's roughly $350 - $400 / sq ft to add one to the property (all in from permit, planning, construction).

@Robert Sun the other members pretty much named the major ones but I wanted to add one thing.  

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

The last thing you want is to buy a service to get trick into buying a more expensive version and then tricked into buying a even more expensive add on.

@Afrothiti Manolis that is definitely on the high end unless you are having some add on services like mold, termite, sewer, etc done.

Add on top of that the lack of accountability from non-licensees, lack of training, lack of insurance and the question is WHY would you want to deal with most of these people.
