I am reading book on flipping by Scott J

He mentioned we can find a list of all landlords

"There are many services out there that can provide lists of absentee owners, where the list can filtered by location, amount of equity the owner has, amount of time the owner has held the property, etc."

Where can I find them?

There are many list sellers that offer this. Melissa Data is probably the largest.

While title companies in some areas may have this type of information, they are getting it from a major list supplier like  Melissa Data.  I am sure if you search here for "direct Mail" or similar phrases, other names will come up.

PS  Listsource was the other main name i was trying to think of.
