Hey @Matthew OlszakI would love to hear more specifically why you think Cicero deserves a higher rank and maybe I can tune the algorithm to perform better in the future.  

I personally use https://www.myrental.com because they give you a "tenant score" which takes all of their information and ranks them based on their rentability.

I was the youngest professional bodybuilder in 2014 at 21yo, I have won two titles since then and I am currently ranked #9 in the world in my division.

Always good to see another Valley of the Sun resident join the ranks.

Entities don't rank much higher than an afterthought in my book.

thank you very much.Do not get wix, and for Pete's sake why would you hire anyone to build you a website when it is common knowledge that investor carrot websites take over the top 5 spots on Google EVERY SINGLE TIME.I have NEVER EVER seen a Wix website rank #1, but that is just me.

Recognizing that the first 30 days of an Airbnb listing are pretty critical for determining Airbnb search rankings, I'm trying to decide between getting my listing up now, even if it can't be rented or reviewed for the first 30 days because of COVID-19, or waiting until June when my local board of supervisors is likely to re-open STVRs.
