So for $58 / 36 Roommates, that boils down to $1.61 per payments.The Interface is basic but good.I would really urge Landlords to use some form of electronic payments.My preference is to use a program like Rentalutions in order to put the onus on the Tenant to pay their rent.

Then sign it and deliver it to the title company with a check.I do not like electronic signatures unless the other person suggests them. 

A older style HVAC is far less expensive and easier to repair than todays electronic hi-efficiency units.

It was written actually for Aussie's specifically as they were getting so totally abused in the US turn key environment and did not really understand that people in the US might not tell the truth or stretch the truth.. and they CERTAINLY had no clue as to what a war zone or Ghetto was.. .they just thought 30k houses were cheap they did not correlate that they were management intensive and that they were not going to sit over in Brisbane and just collect rent on the first of each month  via electronic payments.In OZ they don't have checks...

We keep multiple hard and electronic copies of everything and store the original documents separately in a fireproof safe.Jeff

Doesn't matter whether they are across the street, or in another state - electronic payments beat checks in many ways.
