A lender requiring you to go commercial with those parameters makes me sincerely nervous about the lender.

I was accepted to Grad School in Evanston, and I'm considering buying since rents are so high, but condos can be bought for much less than rent.My question is, after graduation, I would need a Property Management firm after graduation.

The problem is that they can't sell the home because then they would have nowhere to live since real estate in Hawaii is so expensive.
