Grad student moving to Evanston, IL--Is there a good PM company?

Hey BiggerPockets,

This is my first post since I've been saving living with my parents but ramping up by listening to dozens of BP Podcasts. I was accepted to Grad School in Evanston, and I'm considering buying since rents are so high, but condos can be bought for much less than rent.

My question is, after graduation, I would need a Property Management firm after graduation. Are there any great Property Management firms that I can begin a relationship with that would have information on non-cap condo buildings, as well as the renting cycle in a heavy student population?

I understand that, without my presence post graduation, I'll have to have a stellar firm to manage an investment, which doesn't come at a low rate.
