If there is little appreciation it could be much harder to overcome known expenses long term.

No amount of fluffy ad script will overcome that.BUT, your ad looks like it is targeted to a "C" (DISC type). 

My reason for that is, the fixed costs of launching such a vehicle can be crippling for a small investment pool to overcome.

The best way to overcome fear, in my opinion, is to find a live mentor.

I understand being gone so much will be a huge obstacle to overcome, but I am very hungry for passive cash flow and really want to start my investing career while I'm younger.

I have to overcome the hesitation on investing outside of my immediate area (orange county) and eventually pull the trigger if the numbers make sense.
