Plus there are many states (Louisiana included) that also require phone numbers and a host of other information on every single marketing piece, electronic or paper.  

If you already have a solid relationship with this tenant, since they may like you are on site since it could be easier to drop rent (if it is not electronic) or help with maintenance issues.

Y0u can certainly email the electronic  PDF version 0f the lease but I w0uld have him fedex back the signed version with checks (0r send electronic  payment but it must clear bef0re keys). 

Try searching the forums, there is a lot of info out there.You need to think about whether you want to do it electronically or old school.
