Once i locate owner names i skip trace the owner find their current address and phone number, I usually like to just give them a ring but often times ill follow the phone call up with a yellow letter or postcard if i cant get them on the phone.

Even the front door would be questionable (think Ring device).

The reason is attorneys get all the money for the most part in any settlement and they ring up their hourly fees.A good attorney will tell their client in a lot of cases it's better NOT to litigate it in court.
