Would you marry a woman before you've even seen her?

Few details first, the other unit is rented by a single woman who has lived there for 4 years and is on a month to month lease with previous ower.

I spoke to a woman who works for the city and she said that they do plan to buy the entire block. 

I took title as “a married woman as her sole and separate property”.

I do plan to consult my attorney tomorrow but would like input / guidance from other investors as well.So heres the deal:A woman living across the street from one of my properties in a single family home passed away about 1-2 years ago.

I was about to contact the woman in my own attempt to start with the preferred "nice route" referenced by @Mike McCarthy.

Then today, my husband went over there to mow the lawn, and the tenant came out complaining about one of the other tenants (a young woman) and ended the conversation by saying "This ends today!"

I guess ideally I would like a country that offers long term foreign residents healthcare into their system also.I heard of a woman who bought a stone house surrounded by lots of land in Estonia for about 17K and it went up to over 30K within 2 years.The reason I need solitude is for personal reasons, and because I will work remotely, great internet access is essential.Thanks,Karolyn
