A few months in the property is well taken care of(knock on wood), and now my perception is the tenant likes to work on cars so has a couple extra around.

Don't get sucked into feeling that you should follow what most of society does after college.

It's a benefit to society to enlighten our youth. 

I've accomplished a number of things that I think contribute to society far beyond the scope of expected contribution.

I'm not that large multifamily and what the call 1 room (basically a studio apartment that is much smaller than U.S size) is the way to go as it is definitely a renting society. 

We live in a sue-happy society, and people don't want their name to come up in a Google results page with something negative attached to it.
