I'm a broker and I still go to seminars, workshops and I'm in a real estate class now at Temple.

I 'm a little frustrated because of all the podcasts/workshops/forums etc.

Some who have the room offer public working spaces or just a room to rent by the day, areas to host workshops and other events are common.

Also, I have listened to 147 BP podcasts starting from episode 1, and attended a free weekend workshop from one of the Texas gurus. 

We will probably end up building our own campervan which is why a workshop/garage that can fit one would be so beneficial.
