UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE TOWN?

How could i get this money without a loan because i still study at university.

Do you pre-hang a universal wall mount so that tenants can use it?

My twin brother and I will be graduating with bachelors degrees in finance this December from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Remember, it takes time for the universe to put things in place for you to get them, but, they will come.

Lots of companies moving and building out here like Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Ohio State University.

Any well-run NOO STR close to the nightlife/universities/sporting events does well, along with medium-term rentals for travel nurses, people giving Nashville a "test run", etc.

@John McKee, to be certain: IRR is a standard financial metric that is generally universally utilized.  

I'm really bullish on Clarksville.It's the 5th biggest city in TN, is continuing to grow, has a decent sized university, and has a steady supply of renters due to to it's proximity to fort Campbell.
