I am in the Charlotte market and surrounding, and I do everything from luxury $950k-$2MM to starter homes from $250k to $300k and townhome sites.

Theyre expensive, but you wont lose your home to foreclosure unless you move out, stop paying taxes/insurance, or fail to maintain it. 

Ok, I wasn't spamming (I don't even sell anything I could spam) but I was pasting a "hi" message to new members THE SITE RECOMMENDED TO ME.

It ultimately failed, so I started another one that also failed - ending with a partner than ran out of and stole money.

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

A whole working business with properties, a booking site and a brand that creates loyalty.

Failing to plan, is planning to fail. 

I wanted to use the camera footage as evidence in a civil case against the tenant.I was initially told that it would take 2 weeks to get the footage to me, then that blew out to several months, and now finally 6 months later they finally get back to me and tell me the footage doesn't exist, even though the initial report said cameras were activated.That footage would have shown that the tenant was making threats to damage my property (which she made good on).Do I have any recourse on the police for failing to provide the footage on a timely basis?

Dependable routine maintenance is a part of this property with a full time team on site at the villa.
