In terms of the terms you listed, I believe I check off every single line item.You mentioned that for commercial lenders, they will look at a good plan and be more analytical; do you think that going to a conventional lender with something similar (printed out BP PDF calc sheet, process road map, a detailed plan of action) will help?

Work that is covered under Easy Permit process:https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/bldgs/provdr...When a Building Permit is NOT required:https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/bldgs/provdr...The rehabs we've done have been covered by the Easy Permit program with a GC, licensed plumber, and licensed electrician on the application.Not sure if this is possible, but to manage your construction roadmap, might be worth exploring getting an Easy Permit quickly and do some work that is covered under that while you're waiting for the full SPR Building Permit to do the more intensive stuff.Good luck!
