It would have been 4 days but there was the Memorial Day holiday in the middle.Low and behold, on the 14th of the following month the money hit our account.

They even have different methods and timelines for cutting our paychecks.I know there is one brokerage (won't say which franchise to protect the innocent) which apparently throws really "great" holiday office parties (at least pre-COVID). 

., yeah, I would say you need to relax just a bit.

However, I am on holiday the 4th in France so I won't be able to attent if the date will remain..

I can almost guarantee you that nobody will have the time to help you today with everyone working to get their client's extensions in (or relax a little after a long tax season comes to a close for many).

in summary all condo/HOA are bad investment except :- if they are located in prestigious location and/or neighborhood- they are relatively new so maintenance cost is low and predictable- they located in the market where DOM for condo is less than 10- they are located in the best school district- or they're located for resort zone/holiday zone.

We used to do a 3 night holiday and weekend minimum, to increase occupancy. 

Go to meet-ups, build a relationship with a good HML or private lender and the process will be much easier with favorable terms.I haven't use them myself, did a lot research to figure out how they do, I have an old corporation(retail store) with established lines of credit and credit cards already setup, I did apply for a couple more some with same banks I already have a business credit but got a new ones with an zero intro rate to beef up on cash for holiday season. more cash at hand more available to invest and increase profits for us.I am thinking of setting up a new business to start a new venture (Car Dealership,Taco Truck or both in same lot), being in California is no easy for corporations since there are a lot of fees and taxes for some corporations.
