Has anyone had good experience with Furnished Finder in your market or if in Houston even better?

No experience with these, but I'd try the HD version and have my handyman install it.

My experience with clients utilizing the large firms is high priced packages that are often more robust than the client's needs at that point. 

It’s a great way to learn directly from other investors, hear about their experiences, and get some real insight into what’s been working for them and what hasn’t.Another tip: start analyzing deals as soon as you can.
