Are you doing STR on that one? 

I own an STR on Jacksonville Beach, but live out of state. 

When housing prices started running up, a lot of those STRs were purchased by people to live in as owner-occupants; I think I have the last STR on my street in my community, or at least I don't see any other houses being advertised on VRBO or AirBnB on my street, and when I walk up and down the street it is pretty obvious that most of those houses are now owner-occupied.

I don’t own and str, only ltr at this time.

Due to the vast difference in housing prices, I'm planning to buy a 4 bed 3 bath property in the city to househack and also do a STR on Airbnb. 

It's not overnight like Airbnb, but STR on semester (for local university rentals) or >30 day may be worth a look for so,e property types....

I own an STR on the Oregon Coast- there are STR restrictions in almost every county along the coast.

@Keith Dowdy I'm trying to operationalize my STR on Beech right now. 

I haven't had this issue, but I'm so fed up with Seattle's anti-landlord legislation, my Seattle properties are now going STR. On

My wife and I are looking for a STR on the Oregon or Washington coast to use as a vacation home / STR (mostly STR, but for the loan sake its a vacation property).
