Im not sure how to fing that guy or girl??

31/m originally from Massachusetts seeking financial independence through real estate investingI moved to SoCal for a girl from MA, got engaged, and she broke it off because she didn't like my parents and I wasn't good enough for her.

Hey Jake-First off, good job starting early thinking about investing, when I was your age my focus was on girls-and they won't make you wealthy, especially when you are dating.  

Life interrupted and blessed me and my wife with beautiful twin girls.

Girls rooms had some stains on the carpet, and just cluttered.

I Will try to get in contact with the property owners but was just curious as to what you guys/girls had to say.

We have twin girls on the way and would like to start something we can pass down to them in the future while supplementing our income along the way.  

slightly off topic . in Hawaii, while on vacation we heard some loud yelling and and what sounded like a lot of domestic violence happening - I went outside and was trying to determine the location of it and soon another guy joined me who had also heard it - we discovered the room it was coming from and both approached to ask if everything was ok - a big muscle bound guy answered the door sweating and breathing heavy - he said everything was ok and that him and his girl were just having a disagreement -when asked if she was OK - he said yes - then the guy that was with me asked she could please come  outside and confirm to us that she was OK - I was a little taken back by his boldness , but was glad he asked - so she came to the door and confirmed she was OK and didn't need any assistance.

My biggest suggestion that has helped me in the early stages is obviously reading as much as possible but that can be difficult as I have a 2 year old girl.
