Hi everyone,

I have been a member here on Bigger Pockets but not really active. I wanted to introduce myself as I just became a licensed Realtor with William Raveis in Guilford, Connecticut. 

I'm happy to work with buyers and sellers, especially investors! I live in the New Haven area which has one of the lowest vacancy rental rates in the nation primarily due to Yale University.

I'm excited about my new career and am here to learn as much as I can, meet and connect with you all and do some deals!
