Hello, my interest in Real Estate is currently rental property. I purchase my first 6 properties in Buffalo NY back in 2005. I moved to Dallas Texas in 2008 with the plan to begin investing here. Life interrupted and blessed me and my wife with beautiful twin girls. So 7 years later I'm motivated to find my next deal and pursue Real Estate investments full time. I am currently looking into Real Estate Wholesales.

Hello @Rhodney Appleton welcome to BP! If you are interested in learning about wholesaling and potential deals in your area I would recommend using the "keyword alerts" feature. Since I currently invest in Buffalo and Kansas City I have these words set up for my account which automatically sends me a text and email if any new forum posts are made which include the words "Buffalo"and "Kansas City".

In regards to the six properties you purchased in 2005 do you still own these today?
