So I decided to research other lending options, and I read that some portfolio lenders will lend on a property that is in BAD condition, such as the property I put an offer on, a property that would fail conventional financing.Are there portfolio lenders in Massachusetts that would pass a home without a heating source, peeling paint, etc.???
