Then I could step in if sh*t hits the fan, but otherwise would be hands off.Does anyone know what an offshore virtual assistant would cost for this per month?

Things like GFCI outlets, vent fan issues, etc.Any quick advice would be tremendously appreciated!

What Im looking for with REI.... is to find financial freedom, to build generational wealth, to bring my family together; my brothers,  my children, and their children into a business Im not only passionate about, but proud of.  

Personally I have never been a fan of pre-tax accounts (401Ks and IRAs) because I feel like they constrain my ability to invest in the assets I want, so another consideration you may have is to temporarily stop those investments to save faster for your house.

if you aren't will to or don't want to go into those types of areas, but by all means the FHA or 5% down conventional 2-4 unit loan is gonna be the way to go in my opinion.We did a house hack as our first move into reale state investing and it was the best thing we ever did and continues to expand ints benefits to us every year, So I am a huge fan of the strategy. 

Generally, I'm not a fan of the program for too many reasons to go into right now.

This creates a risk-free profit center for them, but no one here is a fan of the upfront fees.On the positive side, I believe their website is one of the best I’ve seen for a lender.
