What is the point of partnering with your sisters?

Instead of discussing the possibility of owner finance with sellers - what if I offered the opportunity to  JV where they are the equity partner?   

The issue I have is that I am struggling to find serious partners to work with.

He's in Jersey and trusting a 'partner' in Indiana.

When you click for a showing, it gets sent to paid agents or Zillow Flex partners.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

By preparing for down payments, understanding realtor fees, and partnering with experienced lenders and legal professionals, you can make a sound investment in a secure and thriving real estate market.Take advantage of this opportunity to turn your housing allowance into long-term equity.

Your better bet may be to bring on an equity partner, just realize that you will probably be giving up 30-50% of the business if you go that route, but in the long run its probably end up doing much better.

Certainly partnering with companies that have consistent replacement properties available makes sense if the properties meet your investment guidelines.
