Looking at the guideline that says deeding back to owner is a cure strikes me as a lender exercising their option to not pursue a breach, not that it is necessarily a legal cure.

Insurance is cheap ----------and totally unnecessary until the tenant burns the house down with a space heater, or a tree falls onto the house or lightning strikes

I like FloridaMoves mostly because it allows for custom search by zip codes, so if there is a specific neighborhood I am interested in, I can use zip codes and ask for alerts when a property within my strike price range etc...are available.I request a daily email compiling all for that day, and look through it once a day.What I am curious is for those who do not have direct access to it, what site do you use to be kept on the changes to MLS?

Mind you I'm not trying to get rich I'm just trying to strike a fair deal and get rid of a house that I just don't want to deal with anymore.Secondly, what type of sale would be best so that we may keep the current BOA mortgage and retain possession of the property in case they fail to pay.
