In addition, not all condo associations welcome investors with open arms.They also see lower rates of appreciation compared to single-family.The amenities also offer great magnets for prospective tenants.On the other hand, the tenant pool is generally smaller for condos.I would contact a local investor-friendly real estate agent that is familiar with condos and they can likely guide you on which projects to avoid and which ones would be solid investments.Hope this helps!

Ask them the same questions above....anyone moving, any vacant homes, etc.Make sure when you are out people know you are a real estate agent, magnetic sign on the car, Yellow Vest with REALTOR at WORK on the back.Go to networking groups for your school, your kids school, your church, your sorority, your kids activities, your spouses activities, all your interests.

I can just imagine the comment from RentPrep about their money habits.I'm starting to feel like a deadbeat magnet, collecting all these financially inept (or lying) applicants who seem to think a deus ex machina (being from outer space) will reach out and fix their financial woes.Signing a lease with someone self-employed who hasn't filed tax returns for 2 or more years is idiotic, right?

There aren't any large manufacturing facilities or job magnets moving there, their local city council leaves a lot to be desired, and the state-wide minimum wage is also going to put people out of work, so I fail to see the desire just because properties are cheap.
