Hi,I like to know some success stories of investing in Retail Sector.

And while the local economy is driven by the energy sector which is down there are a lot of Air Force / aviation related jobs.  

@Clayton Crouse thats a very complicated question and givin the strict regulations on these types of transactions you should rely heavily on a good CPA who know this sector of the business and the laws that go along with it. 

I work in the Automotive sector for a leading premium German car manufacturer and am fortunate that I can also say that it's also my hobby.

That keeps you focused on the commercial sector (for financing, learning numbers, etc.) and there's not a gigantic difference in 6-25 units (versus like 6-100 units). 

We can do good quality we can do maintenance grade as well, one of our major sectors is government facility maintenance.

This tactic has been placed in my "to try" toolbox per se.As far as telling people about what I do, I've told just a handful of people what I've endeavored to do outside of my already established career (legal/tech sector).

Side note; seattle 1 bedrooms are having dramatic increases in vacancy rates.The retail apocolypse that will kill 40 percent of that sectors square footage needs in the coming decade, no yeild in bonds, artificially cheap money(interest rates) and an old bull equities market has everybody fishing in the same shallow pond.Please keep your job until you have something SECURED.
