The bookkeeping features allow me to easily do the accounting for my mid size portfolio and there's automations like auto transaction tagging that helps streamline bookkeeping.

For example if there is an existing permit for the deck, there is virtually zero chance that the structure is red tagged for not being permitted for repair work in my jurisdiction.  

I wish there was a way to flag or tag these unethical, dishonest, wholesalers and make it easier for investors to avoid getting ripped off.
