Issues with Rentastic accounting lately? And alternatives?

Has anyone else been experiences with Rentastic's rental accounting platform lately? We've been using it for about 2 years (at the recommendation of BP forums) and have been really happy with it. But with the recent iphone update, the app has become super glitchy. Today I've also been unable to import transaction (a task I've done every month for the past 2 years). Their online support has always been really responsive and great, but I've gotten no response from them over the past few weeks with the various issues we've been having. I'm curious if anyone else has been experiencing this?

It sounds like others have been happy with Stessa and Ren Redi so I'm going to check those out. Any other options I should look into? Has anyone used the accounting side of TurboTenant? We've been collecting rent using TurboTenant for a few years and really like it. 

For reference, we have 12 doors and manage them all ourselves.
