Get yourself a good Realtor, one that specializes in co-ps in your area--there are many twists and turns in the road from listing to closing.Ask for referrals, speak with the members of the co-op board, see if any broker name comes up several times (in a positive way!) 

I think in terms of design we will see 'modern minimallism' with an industrial twist (metals, light fixtures etc) emerge in more urban areas.

We assume all are aware of the SBA options, however some of the smaller tenants had expressed they didn't believe those options had applied to them, so this was a gentle nudge ;)Invoicing has remained for full rent. 

@Brendon Scott don't get yourself so twisted around the details that you can't see the forest for the trees.

I like 'twisting the knife' as they say in copywriter...But be less direct.

I suspended all late fees and have been gentle in talking with stressed tenants, but thats all I can really offer within the boundaries of our contractural relationship.

Also if you have an agent friend who can help you access the MLS, that data is priceless, you can twist it n turn it to your hearts content.

When every person in the street owns a pitbull (the most gentle of all dogs on the planet, apparently), and the AC units are in cages, I focus my business plan on other neighborhoods. 

Beyond that, go to local REI meetups that have a commercial twist.
