Need attorney New Jersey for Landlord
In New Jersey, I rent out 1 bedroom in my 2 bed condo on Month to Month lease (oral lease). I live in the 2nd bedroom. The condo is paid off and is not a covered property. The title is on my name.
The tenant pays rent on time but is extremely filthy, argues a lot, smokes inside, has a pet that is not trained properly.
On 5/29, I texted him that I do not want to renew the lease and told him to move out on 6/30? Is that enough to evict him?
Would appreciate if some one can recommend a good lawyer who I can reach out for legal advice in New Jersey.
